Refunds and Returns Policy

Any issues with materials with must be raised within 24hrs of receipt in order to be eligible for refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Purchases will only be eligible for a refund if there is a defect with the product (this will be assessed by a member of Heritage Quarry Group Staff).
